Reporting

Customers can run reports on BMC FootPrints Service Core data that they have permission to view. This includes Solutions and the user’s own Requests. The reporting options are:

Pre-Defined Reports —Reports that have been defined by the Workspace Administrator.
Advanced Reports—The user selects report criteria and display style.
