While most user options are determined on a workspace-by-workspace basis, some options are configured on a System-wide basis.
The system options include:
User Management—Change users’ passwords, add or delete user(s) to/from all workspaces, or import large number of users from a file.
Auto Add Customers—Allow customers to be added to the system automatically, and assign these users to particular workspaces.
Configure Authentication—Select password authentication type, including BMC FootPrints Service Core authentication, Windows 2003/2008, UNIX, or LDAP.
Customer Forgot Password—Allow customers to request a password reminder email.
User Roles—Create and manage system default roles for Agents and customers.
